Alison

Alison commenced her pupillage with Messrs Tay & Helen Wong and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011. She has gained vast legal experience as an associate at Messrs Tay & Helen Wong and Messrs K.Y. Lim & Partners in the area of banking litigation, real property transactions, banking and finance. She founded Alison Lye & Suzanne in 2017 together with her partner Suzanne and in 2020, they welcomed Fairuz and Dennis to expand their legal firm, now known as Suzanne, Lye, Fairuz & Yaw.

Alison is routinely sought after by clients, individuals and companies alike, for advice and representation in relation to a wide range of property matters including but not limited to lease, tenancies, sale and purchase of properties for various types of properties and she is also well verse in the area of banking and finance whereby she advises banks in loan and financing documentations. Alison is known to be adept in liaising with different regulatory departments and government offices.

Throughout her years in the legal industry, Alison has also acquired a wide experience in handling corporate, commercial and debt recovery matters and she has been representing entrepreneurs, sole proprietors, partnerships including small, medium and large companies and multinational companies from different industries whereby she provides legal consultation and representation to individuals and companies in various corporate and commercial matters amongst others being in the retail and property sector, service industries, logistics as well as cross border transactions.

She also handles family matters such as adoption, divorce and she is routinely sought after by clients for advice in will-writing and applications for Grant of Probate and Letter of Administration.
