Dennis

Dennis commenced his pupillage in 2010 and was widely guided in the areas of conveyancing and general litigation. Upon being admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011, he focused his legal practice in the area of conveyancing and banking. He then joined Alison, Suzanne and Fairuz in 2020 as a partner.

Dennis has gained vast experience throughout his years of practice for more than a decade especially in advising and acting for clients in numerous transactions involving the areas of conveyancing and banking.

He is routinely sought after by clients to act and advise them on the sale and purchase of commercial properties, auction properties , industrial and/or agricultural lands as well as residential properties and mixed developments involving commercial and residential lots. He also acts and advises clients on transfers of properties, perfection of transfer matters and consent applications for low cost units, foreigner and/or state consent with the relevant authorities.

Dennis also advises banks in matters relating to the financing and refinancing of properties such as loan documentations, loan drawdowns, perfection of charges, discharge of charges and deeds of receipt and reassignment amongst others.

He acts and assists various individuals, business owners and companies in the negotiation and advisory of leases and/or tenancies of properties.

Dennis is proficient in handling conveyancing matters which involve local authorities, land offices, inland revenue board and other relevant regulatory departments.

Aside from real estate matters, Dennis is sought after by clients for advice and consultation on will-writing and estate planning.
